In view of the tremendous changes under way in the economies of Europe, and the globalization processes, maintaining a leading market position in practically any area makes it necessary to stay ahead of one’s rivals under the conditions of increasingly close and tough competition.

Which is the decisive factor? Is it hard work, determination, perseverance, reliability?

In my opinion, all these are extremely important. The most important, however, is the desire to be the best. At Can Pack Group, this desire has been the making of our success.
We are the strongest and the most innovative group in the field of packaging in Central and Eastern Europe. The Group’s annual sales is over USD 1 billion. Over a dozen enterprises that make up the Group have a total employment of over 3500. We offer a broad range of aluminium beverage cans and steel welded and drawn cans for foodstuffs, easy-open ends, aerosol cans, caps for bottles, metal packages for the chemical industry.

Our offer also includes glass bottles and jars, closing machines, tools and spare parts, as well as diverse maintenance services.

Having completed bold engineering and investment projects of several hundred  million
USD worth, during the 21 years of our activity we have achieved the world’s highest production standard in the field of packaging. However, our desire to be the best does not allow us to content ourselves with the success we have attained. Far from it! We carefully keep track of the changing demand on the market and undertake new projects accordingly, so as to sustain the dynamic growth rate. In the recent years, that included starting our new beverage can making plants in Bydgoszcz, in Vyshgorod, Ukraine, in Bucharest, Romania and in Dubai United Arab Emirates, in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom, in Aurangabad, India, in Volokolamsk, Russia and in Casablanca, Morocco which are among the most modern plants of this kind in the world.

What is it exactly that allows us to outpace our competitors?

I believe that there are many different contributing factors, of which the following should be mentioned in the first place:
  • human resources, comprising highly qualified specialists who form a close  knit team capable of providing the right  and often nonstandard and pioneering  solutions, 
     
  • products, flexibly adjusted to the needs of particular purchasers,

  • technology, which is constantly perfected, allowing us to expand aggressively onto new markets owing to efficient cost management and the high quality of our products.

The common denominator here is the universal acceptance of the principle of highest quality in everything we do.
